Who should i refinance my home with?
LawrenceCan any one tell me who would be the best to refinance my house with? Bank or mortgage broker? Or does any one know who has the best deal.
AngelikaAs a loan officer able to do loans in all 50 states, I have to agree with sassy you rate will depend on your score. If you know you have good credit then weigh your options, if you want to go with a specific bank go directly to them. If you just want the best rate, then go to a loan officer, a mortgage broker, etc. and they will submit your paper work and have many banks compete for your business.
CristieTo figure out who will give you the best deal, the depends on who is working the loan, the originator. They do have to pay the bills or make money so they will either charge a origination or make money from the servicing lender. Servicing Lender = is the company that you make the payments to. There used to be alot them out there until the mortgage industry fell, so mainly there is only a few now such as CHASE, CITI, WELLS FARGO, etc. Broker or Lender that is a tough question because they all get different pricing and incentives regarding the rates, even an inhouse originator that works for a servicing company like say chase may have worse incentives then an outside corresponedent lender or broker. To get more details consult a loan originator that is willing to explain the details, apply at this site if you wish they send your request correspondant lender and or brokers.www.fhastreamline911.com
HeidiThe best deals are based on credit scores and employment history. What is best for me may not be best for you. You need to do your own research
