Where does a spouse go to put name back on house?

After being forced into filing "joint bankruptcy", my spouse made me sign refinancing docs in his name only. He said that for $15 I can go and have my name put back on. Is this true? And where do I go?

It could be that you own half the home but your spouse is the only one responsible for making the mortgage payment.It depends on your state laws and what papers you signed.In any state with community property laws I doubt you can sign over all rights in your personal home to your husband while you are still married.
