I am refinance 1 year's ago, I have pelnatly, with this situacion economic that value on my house was down. I have my loan over for that price on my house, my refinance was for two years. but I can't continue I loose my job. can I go to apply for short sale

Call your mortage company. Talk with them and tell them about your job loss and what you suspect about your home value. They will get very interested in you if you are going to start being late on payments and if you are going to miss payments. In the United States the laws are set up by the individual states so I don't know what the laws are in your area but here in Texas the mortgage company would be very interested in helping you get your home sold rather have it go to foreclosure. That is generally when the idea of a short sale comes up.Good Luck
