i cant afford 5000 for attorney is there any type of free help out there she's ruining my credit and i need to buy another house and the morages companys i've talk to said i make enough money and besides that house my credit is good so i dont know what to do

You have several options. You can stop making payments and force her to make the full payment. If she doesn't want to ruin her credit she will negotiate. Let her think you don't care about your credit you just want out. You can buy out her interest in the house by refinancing in your name. You may need to give here a bonus here.
