My name is first on the house deed but not the mortgage if we refinance will i still be first or second?
EarlineWhen you refinance just let the loan officer know who you would like to go first on title, a good customer service oriented loan officer who has a good relationship with the escrow officer should be able to take are of that for you no problem. Regardless though if your state is a community property state even if you weren’t on the loan you would still have 50/50 ownership and you don’t have to be on the loan to be on title. If you have anymore questions you should shoot my friend an email, he is a pro. DianaTry using http://Refinance-Today.info to compare refinance rates from the top 4 lenders.
ProvidenciaFirst or second it doesnt matter your name is on the title regardless, if your name is not on the loan then the loan is not under your name but the house always will be, wether it be first, second or third
AshelyHi, I used "Credit Solution" to settle my loans. They managed to reduce my loans up to 58% .It's legitimate.I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here: http://tighturl.com/683
DaleneThere is not a new deed prepared when you refinance. As far as the mortagage goes...both are equally obligated. Tell the Loan Officer whose name you want first if it makes a difference to you.
EdenThey offer free consultations for stuff like this on http://www.lionwoods.comJust type in your zipcode, and they have contact information for local mortage lenders. I was pretty clueless myself, but these guy were pros and they definitely helped me out when I was refinancing last month.
JuneIt doesn't matter as long as title is worded correctly.
MarlineI don't think it matters
