Is there any reputable company out there that will help refinance my house? i have been turned down three sepa?

I have tried three separate companies that each one told me I would qualify easy.Since then, everyone has been denied. The government, so I have been told that a new stipulation in the loan process has been iniated that stops my qualification.I have out down $40, 000 down on the house and I need to have it refinanced by a reputable firm or whatever isn't a scam that can be verified by my company. I do not want to lose my house, but the government is hindering me.I have been late two or 3 times on my mortgage, but not for long. you should try a mortgage broker and FHA loan, the banks are out to screw you anyway they can if they will even deal with you at all.i tried to refinance and my bank told me since it was less than 100 000 dollars they didn't want anything to do with me. he said if i go buy a different house for 300 000 he could make a loan happen for me, no wonder the real estate market is a disaster, lenders like that should be in prison.
