I am a house's owner with 2 more person, I want my part, we try selling and the price was 325 we decide no sell and cancel the contract was 1 month. we will refinance and the appraisal was 254 that is correct ? all the steps made it august to date, is this correct, we due at bank 180, with this number is correct the part that want to give to me. The house is in Logan Square in Chicago, il . Please help me. Thank you so much.

was the appraisal at 254 or the loan amount? you don't say. And asking 325 does not mean that your house is worth 325. I suggest you consult with a local Realtor in your area.
