behind in her foreberance agreement with the bank . Due to lack of credit and income at the time, can't refinance house on her own, ask me to go on the loan with her. She added me to title, with the title stating joint tenants with equal rights to survivorship. We have no written agreement in the loan or how the property was to be given back to her if we broke up. At the time of the refinance we took money out of the house. There was built up equity in the house when we she asked to go on the loan with her.
