I heard that the Goverment in Calif are trying to stop foreclosersdoes any one know what the program is and how to get help

It irritates me so much when the Government has to bail people out. The Government in California is us tax payers- so if this happens it will be us doing it. I don't mean to be harsh but its not my fault when people get a house they can't afford!

Get a good attorney if you can't afford the home. If you need to get out of the house. Call the mortgage company. Sometimes they will forgive the difference between what you get on the home and what is still owed. But if you can't make payments, there is nothing out there as of now that will stop the foreclosure. If you feel that foreclosure is close, get intouch with the mortgage company to review potential repayment programs.
