vega, suggest u get reality check fast.put the house on the market fast and as cheap as u can . get mortgage company to agree to 'short' sale or accept unsecured loan on balance.cause we get to visit folks in ur position too often.note when u get ur numbers back up and the bottom in the market has hit. u can all ways get an other house.
