You will not be able to refinance. Period. You may, however, qualify for a loan modification. Loan mods are based on financial hardship (such as losing your job). You might qualify under some of the Obama programs. If you are collecting unemployment, then that counts as income. It might also help if you were to rent out any extra rooms to tenants.
