Do you have a good rate on your jumbo refi?

My wife and I need to refinance our house in Los Angeles. The loan amount is $900, 000. We are curious about what kinds of rates people have received on their Jumbo Refi's. Anyone get a 30 year fixed under 6%? How about ARMs? THANK YOU!

Well I asked for a Loan pre-qual from BOFA and eventhough I mentioned I was in a "high-cost" area they considered my loan jumbo (I know they're wrong).Anyways, the rate they offered me on a $600k jumbo was 5.9%. This was with 20% down and my wife's credit is below 700.

It depends. Are you in a Fannie/Freddie high cost area?Do you what your loan to value is?Edit: 5/1 ARM at 4.375% or 7/1 ARM at 4.75%.
