Can the people who refinanced the house to me come in the house uninvited and take pictures of the home?

They are allowed to take exterior pictures, but not break into the house in order to photograph the outside. They do NOT own the house. They gave you money to buy the house, you own the house, they simply have a note stating that you owe them money.

In many loan packages there is a document that you sign giving the lender permission to inspect your house during the life of your loan. Since the lender doesn't have any keys, they need to make an appointment with you if they want to do this.How did they get into your house without a set of keys?
