Can i refinance my house with another bank while i am in a foreclosure?

I have money to reinstate my loan but i dont wnat to give it to this bank.They havent been that nice to me in the last couple of months.

I think that you'll find it tough to get a lender to refinance with a forclosure pending on the property. Today, you may be able to negotiate with your existing lender and reduce the amount that you need to pay to catch up. Banks are desperate to keep from forclosing in most areas...you need to talk with your existing bank.
