Can i cash a check made out to me and a company?

I just refinanced my house and the loan company cut checks made out to me and my credit/loan issuers. I have these places set up in my bank account on-line bill pay and want to deposit them into my account and then send them the money electronically. Will the bank deposit the checks into my account if I endorse them?

Not typically. In order for a bank to actually cash a check it must be endorsed by all parties on the check unless it is made out to you OR "company". You will probably need to sign the checks and mail them to the companies that they were originally intended for.

If it is made out to 'you AND company' : no. you will have to sign the check, take it to 'company' and have them issue a check with your name only on it for any remainder that is yours.unless you take it in and the teller doesnt catch the wording.If it is made out to 'you OR company' : yes.
